Our Complete Overhaul Service is our most advanced service package for road and gravel bikes. If you want your bike to look, feel, and perform like new—this is the one. It includes everything in our Annual Tune-Up, plus a full suite of labour for pro-level upgrades and rebuilds.

Your Overhaul Tune-Up Includes:

• Drop-off and pick-up consultation

• Replacement of all cables and housing with premium-grade options (parts included; internal routing may incur additional cost)

• Complete rebuild of hubs, headset, and bottom bracket (parts extra)

• Full wheel truing and tension balancing

• Ultrasonic drivetrain cleaning

• Brake bleed front and rear

• Tubeless sealant refresh (if applicable)

• Labour included for replacement of all basic wear items

• Serial number recorded and photographed for your customer file

• Firmware check/update for e-bikes and electronic shifting

• Brake adjustments

• Derailleur adjustments

• Drivetrain inspection (gears, chain, wear check)

• Bearing adjustment and lubrication

• Lubrication of chain and external pivot points

• Comprehensive frame & wheel wipedown

• Tire inflation to recommended PSI + valve check

• Full safety inspection and test ride
