General Service

Book a "General Service" appointment if you're in need of à la carte service or repairs on your bike!

Select your desired appointment date and drop off your bike at Bateman's City + Road (960 Bathurst St., Toronto) the day before, or morning of your service appointment. We aim to have all booked service completed on a 24 hour turn around, we will contact you via phone or email once your bike is ready for pickup!

Your $50 booking deposit reserves your appointment date, and will be applied to your repair bill upon completion. If your final bill is less than $50, the remaining balance will be refunded!

Upon dropping off your mountain bike, a member of our service team will go over all the necessary repairs or adjustments, and provide an estimate for the cost of your service!

This option is suitable if your mountain bike needs one or two of the services listed below. If you need more than two of these services, it may be best to book one of our Standard Tune-Ups!

-Flat Fix 
-Handlebar Swap
-Handlebar wrap/grip Install
-Fender Install
-Rack Install
-Bottom Bracket Install or servicing
-Disassemble and box bicycle for transport
-Tubeless tire install
-Tubular tire install
-Gear or Brake adjustment
-Hydraulic brake bleed
-Bearing adjustments (hub or headset)
-Bearing overhaul (hub, headset, bottom bracket)
-Drivetrain component replacement(cassette, cog, freewheel, chain)
-Wheel truing
-Wheel replacement
